I recenly finished watching "The Wicker Man", a striking film with Christopher Lee in it. There are several parts where he does odd stuff - like wearing a long black wig, white facepaint, a dress and doing a very silly dance. So, naturally, I felt like drawing a fish person with his face. It's the next logical thing to do, right ? 
Anyhoo... This is a vague approximation of Christopher Lee, so he's (c) himself and all that legal stuff.
